Kristen Stewart and New Moon Twilight...The film adaptation for New Moon is scheduled for release sometime in November of 2009, with a tentative release date of November 20, 2009. It is based on the novel and is the sequel to 2008's Twilight, which is also based on the novel written by Stephenie Meyer. Summit Entertainment greenlit the sequel in late November 2008, which will be directed by Chris Weitz, with Melissa Rosenberg returning as the screenwriter. The draft for New Moon was handed in by Rosenberg during the opening weekend of Twilight. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reprise their roles as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, a teenage girl and a vampire who fall in love, as will Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
As you know New Moon Novel is a young adult fantasy-romance novel by author Stephenie Meyer. It is Meyer's 2nd novel in the Twilight saga. This book, unlike the previous entry, is about losing true love. It was originally published in hardcover in 2006.
New Moon rose to the #1 position on the New York Times Best Seller list for Children's Chapter Books in its second week on the list, and remained in that spot for eleven weeks. It spent over 30 weeks in total on the list.
